#1-4 sound like very good and progressive steps to take with your life. Why would you want to be a size zero and are you sure it's a good body fit/look for you? In my humble opinion it sounds like you have an image issue. i'm not passing judgement and dont want to come across offensive cause that's not my intention. i guess i'm reading between the lines. and #6 is not an uncommon issue and it seems that the previous comments save for one seemed to be making fun of your concern. maybe there is a root cause to your feelings and if possible, maybe you can find someone (a professional) to talk to about it where you can get an unbiased opinion. trust me when i say i understand your feelings.
